About TTP
“Turn Trussville Pink” began in 2006 to honor two teachers at Hewitt-Trussville High School in the midst of a battle against breast cancer.
At its’ core, “Turn Trussville Pink” is about uniting the City of Trussville to raise awareness about breast cancer and to fund breast cancer research. All members of the community are encouraged to decorate their homes, places of business, and even themselves in pink attire.
On this one day, thousands of people across the City of Trussville unite to make a difference in the lives of those in our community. Make sure you have your pink t-shirt ready for this upcoming October!
All proceeds are donated directly to UAB's Comprehensive Cancer Research Center.
This October, our entire community will come together to make a difference in the fight against cancer. Are you ready?
